Your name and ID are set during registration and cannot be edited directly.
· If there is a minor spelling mistake, please contact our Support team. You may be asked to complete the KYC/KYB process again to verify your identity. If the process is successfully completed, your data will be updated.
· If you wish to change your user email, please contact Support. An email update does not require repeating the KYC/KYB process.
For security reasons, avoid frequent changes to maintain account integrity.
