NexBridge instruments are distributed through a network of authorized partners rather than a single platform. Where and how you can buy or trade them depends on the specific issuance and the role of each participant in the ecosystem.
Where You Can Buy NexBridge-Issued Instruments
NexBridge-issued instruments are available through:
- Authorized Market Participants (AMPs) — approved venues or platforms
- Other authorized distribution channels, depending on the issuance
The official list of active issuances, supported venues, trading pairs, and technical details is published on the NexBridge Issuances page.
Network Support
Network compatibility is specified for each issuance.
As of today, all issuances are settled on the Liquid Network. If additional networks are enabled in the future, they will be disclosed per issuance and supported only through authorized channels.
Roles Within the Distribution Ecosystem
Different entities perform distinct functions across the lifecycle of an instrument.
NexBridge
- Acts as the issuer
- Provides primary-market access
- Defines terms, supply, and compliance rules
- May operate an OTC Desk or work with distributors
Authorized Distributors
- Facilitate primary-market subscriptions
- Support redemptions where applicable
- Act on behalf of the issuer during initial distribution
Authorized Market Participants (AMPs)
- Operate venues or platforms
- Enable secondary-market trading between investors
- Provide market access after issuance
NexPlace
NexPlace may function as one of the authorized venues supporting secondary trading, depending on the issuance and distribution setup.
How the Pieces Fit Together
- Investors obtain instruments initially through NexBridge or Authorized Distributors (primary market)
- After issuance, trading may occur on AMPs such as NexPlace (secondary market)
- Availability depends on regulatory permissions, venue policies, and instrument terms
NexBridge may also coordinate introductions to affiliated entities that support technical integration or liquidity on partner venues under separate commercial agreements.
