What types of transactions can I submit?

The OTC Desk supports two types of operations:

• Subscriptions: Exchange funds for newly issued digital assets.
• Redemptions: Exchange digital assets back into stablecoin equivalents.

Both operations can only be executed through the portal after completing KYC verification.

You must also have a whitelisted wallet address registered in the platform; otherwise, the operation cannot be processed.

Operating hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (New York time). Transactions submitted outside this window may experience delays, especially on weekends or bank holidays.
